THE FOLLOWING WEB FORMS WILL BE USED TO BETTER ASSIST OUR CLIENTS AND SAVE US TIME FROM REDUNDANTLY ENTERING DATA, MAKING DOCUMENTS, EMAILING, AND PRINTING

1. GENERAL CLIENT INFORMATION FORM

  • THE GENERAL CLIENT FORM WILL BE COMPLETED BUY THE CLIENT BEFORE THE CONTRACT IS CREATED. AFTER THEY COMPLETE THIS, OR WE COMPLETE IT) DATA FROM THIS WILL TRAVEL TO THE CONTRACT FOR AUTOMATIC CONTRACT CREATION.
  • WE WILL ALSO HAVE A WAY THAT IT THEN GO IN TO A “CUE” OR AUTOMATICALLY GET EMAILED TO THE CLIENT FOR THEM TO ELECTRONICALLY SIGN.
  • UPON THE CLIENT SIGNING, THE SIGNED VERSION WILL AUTOMATICALLY GET EMALED TO US AND THE CLIENT.  IT WILL AUTOMATICALLY GET SAVED IN A FOLDER “GE PRODUCTIONS – SIGNED CONTRACTS”

 

 

 

2. KEY MOMENTS – SONG REQUESTS FORM

  • THE CLIENT OR “GE” WILL COMPLETE THIS FORM.  DATA FROM THIS FORM WILL POPULATE THEIR KEY MOMENTS SONG REQUESTS LIST AND “DAY OF -OPERATIONAL TIMELINE”
  • THOSE 2 DOCUMENTS WILL AUTOMATICALLY BECOME GENERATED AND SAVED IN OUR “CLIENT DOCUMENTS” FOLDER.  FILES WILL BE SAVED WITH A STANDARDIZED FORMAT AS FOLLOWS – CLIENT NAME_Date of Wedding_”KEY MOMENTS SONG REQUESTS” . or  – CLIENT NAME_Date of Wedding_”DAY OF – OPERATIONAL TIMELINE”
